Im Vorfeld der »Olympischen Spiele« 2024 in Paris erhielt das »Olympic Studies Center (OSC)« der »Deutschen Sporthochschule Köln« die Gelegenheit, sich mit einem Imagefilm international zu präsentieren. Ziel war es, die Arbeit des kleinen, interdisziplinären Teams sichtbar zu machen und die Werte der Olympischen Bewegung filmisch zu vermitteln. Der Film zeigt Studierende und Mitarbeitende im Alltag, verbindet Dokumentation mit emotionaler Inszenierung und überführt den olympischen Geist in ein zeitgemäßes, authentisches Format. Als lebendige Einladung zum Dialog über Grenzen, Disziplinen und Kulturen hinweg.

Ahead of the 2024 »Olympic Games« in Paris, the »Olympic Studies Center (OSC)« at the »German Sport University Cologne« had the opportunity to present itself internationally through an image film. The aim was to make the work of the small interdisciplinary team visible and to communicate the values of the Olympic Movement through film. The film shows students and staff in their everyday environment, combining documentary proximity with emotional staging and translating the Olympic spirit into a contemporary, authentic format. A living invitation to dialogue across borders, disciplines and cultures.
